New York, October 26, 2006 - It was announced today that Pervasive Learning
Solutions (PLS) has entered into an agreement with the American Academy of Financial
Management (AAFM™) to offer executive training programs. PLS, a leading corporate
training consulting firm, will deliver eight certification programs for financial
designations that meet the requirements set by the AAFM™ Governing Board of
Standards. Course offers will include the Master Financial Professional™,
Chartered Portfolio Manager (CPM™) and Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM™). In
addition, PLS will be the sole provider of the Chartered Risk Analyst (CRA®) program
in New York State and Mid-Atlantic states.

programs as well as customized programs.
