PLS To Deliver Project Management Program To Leading Tech Services Firm

Under this blended learning program, more than 3,000 of their employees will be trained in the latest techniques of project management. The program will be offered in several formats, each one designed to meet the specific educational needs of participants. The e-leaning format will allow students anywhere in the world to receive training whenever it is convenient to them. The synchronous or "webinar" format offers the interactive elements of an instructor-led course with greater convenience. The instructor-led format, to be introduced in the first quarter of 2008, will be offered in various sites around the world.

The program will be developed and implemented by two members of PLS's Center of Excellence (COE). "Our partnerships with COE members enable us to deliver a wide range of solutions to clients, and allows them to cherry pick the services they need," said Mr. Shephard. Business Management Consultants, an international management consulting firm specializing in project management training, will develop the content of the program. It will employ the client's internal project management methodology, enhanced and augmented by the expertise of BMC. Pinneast, a leading e-learning solutions provider, will develop the e-learning version of the program.
